Although some of the designs can seem over the top, the ideas are original and wonderful. Lavish use of vintage fabrics as well as great ideas makes this a book for anyone who seriously wants to make or design purses. The illustrations and examples are truly beautiful and the directions are precise and don't leave you confused. The designs are timeless and won't ever go out of style, so this book is worth every penny. The only thing is the pattern pieces must be copied and enlarged to their true size.
